Welcome to CalyraLabel. These Terms of Sale govern all purchases of our timeless, universal apparel and accessories. When you place an order with us, you are agreeing to these terms. We encourage you to read them carefully before making a purchase.

These terms, along with our other site policies, form the agreement between you and CalyraLabel, a brand owned and operated by Quoship LLC (Company Number: 2026-001937733), registered at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.

1. Placing and Accepting Orders

When you complete the checkout process on calyralabel.com, you are making an offer to purchase our products. Your order is not a binding contract until we have accepted it by dispatching your items and sending you a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, for reasons including but not limited to product availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes

We strive to make your shopping experience seamless, wherever you are in the world. The prices you see on our product pages and throughout the site are displayed in the currency local to your region. The final price and currency you'll pay are confirmed at checkout and are binding for your order.

  • Currency: For your convenience, prices are shown in your local currency, and the amount shown at checkout is the amount you will be charged. If your payment card is issued in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate.
  • Taxes and Duties: All applicable taxes and duties are included in the price you pay. The price shown at checkout is the final, all-inclusive amount for your order. Any VAT, customs duties, or import charges are already covered, and you will not be charged additional fees on delivery.
  • Pricing Errors: We take great care in ensuring our pricing is accurate, but occasional errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you've ordered, we will contact you immediately. We will give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it for a full refund.

3. Payment

We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted connection. By completing your purchase, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and that you are the authorized person to use the payment method. Your card will be charged at the time you place your order.

4. Shipping and Title

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders. We process and dispatch orders within 1 to 4 business days, Monday to Friday. Once shipped, transit typically takes 6 to 10 business days.

The legal ownership (or "title") of the products, along with the risk of loss or damage, passes to you once we deliver your package to our shipping carrier. 5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our facility. Please contact us at support@calyralabel.com as quickly as possible to request a cancellation.

If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to do so. Returned pieces must be in their original, unworn condition. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale and any purchase you make from CalyraLabel are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
