Order Processing and Dispatch

Once you place an order, our team will begin preparing it for dispatch. Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order is dispatched, you can expect delivery within an estimated 6 to 10 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Shipping Rates

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. There is no minimum spend required to qualify. The price you see at checkout is the final price for your items and their delivery; there are no hidden fees or extra shipping charges from our end.

Taxes and Duties

All taxes and duties are included in the price you pay. The amount shown at checkout is the final, all-inclusive total for your order, with any applicable VAT, customs duties, and import charges already covered. You will not be asked to pay any additional fees when your order is delivered.

Order Tracking

Every order comes with tracking. Once your pieces are on their way, we'll send a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel's journey. You can also view your order's progress on our Track Your Order page.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect or Damaged Items

We inspect every item before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please let us know right away. Contact our support team at support@calyralabel.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days from the date of dispatch, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment with our carrier to locate your parcel. If it cannot be found, we will arrange a resolution with you.
