Orders & Shipping

  • When will my order ship?
    We take great care in preparing your selections. Please allow 1–4 business days for our team to process and dispatch your order.
  • How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
    We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders. Once dispatched, you can expect your pieces to arrive within 6–10 business days.
  • Where do you ship to?
    We ship to the US, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland and much of Europe, including: DE, FR, NL, CH, SE, DK, NO, AT, BE, FI, ES, IT, PT, PL, LU. We also ship to Singapore.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use it to follow your order's journey to you.
  • Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
    International orders may be subject to local customs or duties upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return policy?
    We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
  • How do I start a return?
    To initiate a return, simply email our team at support@calyralabel.com with your order number. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
  • Who pays for return shipping?
    You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Do you offer exchanges?
    We don’t offer direct exchanges. The most efficient way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
