At CalyraLabel, we design our pieces with timelessness and universality in mind. We want you to love every item you purchase. However, if something isn't quite right, we've made our return process clear and simple. This policy outlines how to return an item for a refund.

Our 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to decide if you'd like to return an item. We invite you to try on your pieces at home, but if you choose to return them, they must be in their original, new condition.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet these conditions:
- It must be unworn, unwashed, and entirely free of any marks, stains, or signs of wear.
- All original tags must still be attached and intact.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Please note, any items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
Returning an item is a straightforward process. Just follow these three steps:
- Request Authorization: Email us at support@calyralabel.com with your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return. We'll verify your request and reply within one business day.
- Receive Instructions: Once your return is authorized, we will email you the specific instructions and the address for your return package.
- Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is delivered to us, we'll carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility conditions. We will send you an email to let you know we've received your item and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please be aware that it may take a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. This ensures that the item you want is in stock and helps us process your new order without delay. If you would like a different piece, we invite you to return your original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in preparing your orders, but mistakes can occasionally happen. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@calyralabel.com. Provide your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible. For faulty items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as you can. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched from our facility. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process once it arrives.
