To place an order with CalyraLabel, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. By using our Site, you represent that you meet this requirement. 3. Products and Pricing

CalyraLabel was founded on the idea of a single, universal wardrobe. We design timeless apparel and accessories intended for every body, free from the traditional categories of gender or age. We take great care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings and photography.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price you pay will be the price displayed for your region at the time of checkout. Prices are shown in your local currency and are final and all-inclusive: the amount shown at checkout includes any applicable taxes, such as VAT, as well as any customs duties and import charges, so you will not be charged additional fees on delivery.

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is an offer to purchase our products. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order, but a binding contract is only formed when we send a subsequent email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as product unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and its supported gateways. We do not collect or store your full credit card information on our servers. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner to use it.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. Once you place an order, we will process and prepare it for shipment within 1 to 4 business days, Monday to Friday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.

Delivery times are estimated at 6 to 10 business days, though these are not guaranteed and can vary based on your location and other factors beyond our control. 6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your CalyraLabel pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including the CalyraLabel name, logos, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of Quoship LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
